Word2TeX

Word2TeX converts Microsoft Word documents to LaTeX format. Existing Word documents, as well as new documents, may be converted to LaTeX format, and then typeset using PCTeX to produce a professional-looking document.

TeX2Word is a converter used with Microsoft Word which enables it to open documents in TeX format (this includes any TeX-based formats such as LaTeX, Plain TeX, etc.). With TeX2Word existing TeX documents may be imported into Microsoft Word.
